You can monitor your business operations in the personal dashboard – all the information needed for remote monitoring is available there.
You can check and observe the situation, monitor the functionality and handle equipment-related incidents with notifications. You can also track sales progress on the dashboard.
The dashboard provides an overview of your business operations. It will display all the data related to your point of sale performance, including sales, revenue, and average transaction value. Additionally, it offers a consolidated status for your equipment’s performance, so you can quickly identify any issues if something is offline.
In addition, we also have email notifications. For instance, if your payment terminal stops working, you will automatically receive a notification about it if such an alert is configured.
Notifications can be set up in the personal dashboard under the “Settings” menu in the “Mailings and Notifications” section. You can configure different email addresses for notifications for each of the retail points. If necessary, notifications can also be sent to external systems through webhooks.
If needed, our support team can configure notifications to be sent to Telegram as well.
