Additionally, it offers a consolidated status for your equipment’s performance, so you can quickly identify any issues if something is offline.

Micromarket tracking

Micromarkets can have cameras installed, and the number of cameras may vary depending on the format of the point. You can access camera feeds through a link provided by a manager.

All the cameras are equipped with machine vision, so if any issues occur, the support team will receive immediate notifications about them.

Corner tracking

Here are just a few items from the list of events that are monitored by the cameras:

  1. Sanitary condition of surfaces: Monitoring for dirt, debris, spilled liquids on various surfaces, such as the floor, worktables, shelves, etc.
  2. User presence in the corner: Tracking is necessary for purchase analysis. The margin of error is 5% and is cross-referenced with sales receipts at the corner.

Notifications about operations

In addition, we also have email notifications. For instance, if your payment terminal stops working, you will automatically receive a notification about it if such an alert is configured.

Notifications can be set up in the personal dashboard under the “Settings” menu in the “Mailings and Notifications” section. You can configure different email addresses for notifications for each of the retail points. If necessary, notifications can also be sent to external systems through webhooks.
